We’re all searching for answers in a world full of uncertainties. And for Gen Z, this back-to-school campaign came at a time when there were questions than ever—the tail end of the Covid-19 pandemic. As an operating system with as much brand recognition as Microsoft Windows, it was important to meet our audience where they were and let them know, even we don’t have the all the answers, but that we’d always be there to help find them.
