Chevron ExtraMile Social

How do you get people to stop in an ExtraMile convenience store and buy some snacks? By basing the content concepts around occasion to visit, seasonality, product category and strategic pillars I was able to help drive content creation for a monthly calendar. I also helped to craft the look and personality of the brand on social media.

Chevron ExtraMile
Always-On Social

How do you get people to stop in an ExtraMile convenience store and buy some snacks? We based these content concepts around occasion to visit, seasonality, and product category to make stopping in for a snack seem like a no-brainer. I was able to help direct content creation for ExtraMile’s always-on social media presence and helped craft the look and personality of the brand on social media.

Promotions

We took promotional content and made it fun, using animation and played off the seasonality of the promotion to drive store visits.

Occasion

To highlight product categories we naturally chose those that fit the vibe of the month—whether that be summer and a cool treat or back-to-school and a quick energy boost.

Extra(scary)Man

ExtraMan is ExtraMile’s superhero spokesperson but he’s not your average superhero. He’s got a casual devil-may-care attitude and lives to snack. So as a Halloween trick, we candidly filmed him scaring some patrons as they entered a store. We rewarded good sports. with candy upon exit and the stunt appeared on our social channels.
